Can you do a one time edit on my site if I'm on the Core Plan?
Yes. Our Core Plan includes one hour or website content updates or development/design every month. You can use that hour however you like.
What's your refund policy?
If you are on a monthly plan, you can cancel at any time and will continue to have support until your plan expires.
What are your support hours?
Our support hours are currently 9am to 9pm EST. If your website goes down for any reason, we are available 24/7 to get it back online.
What is "Emergency Response"?
Emergency Response is our 24/7 response to critical failure of your website. If the website goes down for more than a few minutes for any reason (hacking, update failure, hosting failure, etc), we will work around the clock to get your site back up online.
