What are your support hours?

Our support hours are currently 9am to 9pm EST. If your website goes down for any reason, we are available 24/7 to get it back online.

What's your refund policy?

If you are on a monthly plan, you can cancel at any time and will continue to have support until your plan expires.

Do you support WordPress multi-site?

Yes we do offer support for WordPress multi-site. You will need to have a support plan for each site in the network.

Am I locked into a contract?

No. We don’t use shady cell phone provider tactics here. We believe in earning your business month after month, and you can cancel your service with us at any time, risk free.

Can I change my plan after I sign up?

You sure can! Just send an email to [email protected] or visit our contact page and we will make it happen!

Can you do a one time edit on my site if I'm on the Core Plan?

If you need us to provide edits to your website, you’ll need to upgrade to our Pro Plan, or purchase our General WordPress Support service.
